This privileged position allows easy access to major roads and is an ideal base for visiting the whole of Tuscany. The A1 motorway (Florence - Rome) is just 8 km away.
A short drive will take you to Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and many other fascinating villages which will take you back in time, and where you will savour true laid back Tuscan lifestyle.

The villa features an absolute luxurious pool with garden elegant furnishings.
On the pool side a large covered terrace provides a perfect setting for long summer lunches whilst beside the villa a terrace furnished with outdoor tables, and shady trees provides fantastic views over the countryside as far as the Arezzo hills.

Hi Sabrina,
We returned home on Friday, May 25. We are still adjusting back to our time zone but otherwise, are doing fine.
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Italy. We loved the villa. It was even more beautiful than we had expected. The size was perfect for our group. We especially liked the way it was decorated, giving it a very homey feeling. The kitchens all had a good supply of pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Claudia provided a welcome basket of food items that was very much appreciated. She also placed fresh flowers in the villa and gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us.
We spent a day in Cinque Terre and another day in Lucca and Pisa which was all a bit of a drive from the villa but quite doable. The rest of the time we visited Cortona, Siena, San Gimignano, Deruta and Florence, all of which are very convenient to the villa since we all had cars. We had dinner in Foiano a couple of nites. We wanted to drive the Chianti route but ran out of time. The villa is in an excellent location to explore many parts of Tuscany. Pozzo is a very charming village as well.
One thing I learned is that 1 week in Italy is certainly not long enough.
