Set amidst the lush, wooded hills of the Mugello Valley, in a peaceful, rural valley northeast of Florence this recently restored farmhouse features elegant furnishings, spacious accommodation in very peaceful surroundings. Both the villa and the annex ( for rent upon request) have recently been restored to a very high standard. Views over the surroundings vineyards, apple orchards and olive groves are to be enjoyed from almost every room in the main house, and the living area in the stone annex has three large windows which allow guests to truly appreciate the sweeping panorama.
The large private swimming pool 16*8 affords magnificent views back down the valley, as does the large cast iron table for outside dining which enjoys the shade of a beautiful oak tree.
The two properties sit 50 metres apart, and are surrounded by lawns, terracotta terraces and apple orchards. (weekly prices indicated are or the main villa - annex kept closed)
Beautiful terracotta tiling and exposed beams throughout give the property a rustic atmosphere
