This recently restored farmhouse sits in the hillside, in the heart of Chianti, in peaceful and panoramic location just 1 km from the village Montespertoli. The villa has just been renewed and the accomodation available for guests is a 3 bedrooms enchanting house with private pool, garden and fantastic views over the hills .
From here easy acess to visit all Tuscany countryside and cities and the white sandy beaches of the coast.
Florence is just 25 minutes driving.
The accomodation is on 3 floors and features a garden equipped with garden furnishings, gazebo and pool .
The restoration has kept the original tuscan style, ceiled roofs and cotto floor combined with painted walls , luxury bathrooms and charming atmosphere.
Acess through a not asphalted road of about 300 mt. Village at 1 km
Comment: a semi detached accomodation with a lot of privacy and quitness, really recomended. The owners just a couple live in the house but are mainly outside.
