Lovely Villa with private pool and large garden, ideal for a small family or couples.
From the garden a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The interiors are stylish and very comfortable. There is a large a living room with sofas that open into a panoramic covered terrace with space to eat outside. There is a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is part of an extensive residential area surrounded by picturesque, unspoilt nature overlooking the beach and a salt pan. The nearest village is Stintino, small and very authentic, a tranquil, traditional village with lots of restaurant. The beaches are a short drive away. The Country Club has one or 2 restaurants and a shop, but also waterslides for the fun of the youngest guests. This area of the Country Club can be reached by foot from the villa (maybe some 15 min walk).
