Surrounding the property is a garden of lawn and terrace, with a number of trees providing shade. A pathway leads down to the lower level where the pool is set, neatly surrounded by paving and lawn and backed by a bank of plants. In the opposite direction is Montepulciano, famous for its red wine whilst to the east lies Lake Trasimeno in Umbria where you will find a wide range of water sport activities.
