General Description
Villa La Darsena lies along the road that connects Arona to Stresa on the lake shore of lake Maggiore a few km from the village of Lesa and about 800 mt from the ferry departure and a small village. The villa offers a unique waterfront location, 2 small private beaches and a pool with lakeview equipped with comfortable sunbeds . This luxury one/two bedrooms apartments are on groundfloor with terrace or first floor with balcony; all with great lake view! Inside they feature comfortable and elegant furnishings and great care of details. The first floor with balcony has a great lakeview and is an ideal romantic accommodation for couples but has a possibility to sleep children in the living with sofa bed. La Darsena is a nice antique anchorage with boats at guest disposal for rent. At the beach as well as in the garden, lounge beds are at guest disposal. We have chosen apartaments that inside and in the front balcony/garden are out of road noises . Our Note: Like all the lakefront properties on Lake Maggiore the road is just behind the house so from the pool area and the garden you may hear car noises but the location is so fantastic that fully compensate this fact.
